What are companies Terms & Conditions

While dealing with Rubix, you certify that you follow our terms and conditions that are as follows:

1. Any work or project carried out by Rubix is only under an agreement provided to us via e-mail, call, mail or fax.
2. The elements of the website i.e. its design, graphics or any code, remain the property of Rubik until all outstanding dues are paid.
3. In case of any losses occurred by the use the software created for the client, Rubix will not be responsible.
4. Termination of services must be requested by the client in a written notice, preferably via e-mail.
5. Rubix reserves the right to terminate its services with any client at any time during the negotiation phase without providing any explanation,by giving them a written notice.
